[READ] Guild Ranks and Recruitment Policy
So you just joined in the guild and planning to stay for a long while, and along that time you want to get your rank higher. Here's a brief explaination of how our rank system work.
Things that you need to remember:
Recruits
(Potato girl win <3)
As newly recruited members, we don't give any authority or benefits, such as Guild Farm, guild warehouse, nor ask to activate a Guild Buff and etc. This is a Prohibition Rule, in order for us to know that you've been quite active over the pass week. We also check the prestige if you hit the bare minimum of 500 - 1000 within the given range.
Knights
Congratulations! You have unlocked the rank that has some benefits, with this rank you can ask for items in the guild warehouse, use the Guild Farm and ask for activation of the guild buff. This is the very rank that's I recommend in, this rank may seem to be underrated but the benefits aren't far from an Officer. Unless, you want some extra responsibilities you can start asking someone to assess you to be promoted or with enough time and prestige you can be promoted to an officer.(Must be a Monarch or the Guild Leader).
Officer
You've hit the pinnacle of the Prestige ranking system, in short, this is the last stop if you're just aiming for high prestige. With this you might be very well-known and social in the guild (As I've expect everyone who is in this rank). This rank has a bare minimum of activity within 3 months and have accumulated at least 10,000 - 15,000 prestige, this is to know that you have been very active. Not only you have to meet this Prestige System, but you also have to meet a Nomination System, meaning that you have to be nominated by someone who was in higher stature(An Officer before you, a Monarch, or the Guild leader). Unless you are Nominated your chances of promotion is zero.
Notes and tips for promotion:
Monarch
Well, hello, you plan for this rank? Unfortunately, if you're going for to get a lot of prestige to gain this rank, I suggest to stop it. This rank is second to the leader's rank. Meaning, if the leader isn't online, the Monarch or Monarchs that's currently on is the leader(s). Sounds confusing? Shouldn't be, this rank follows a direct system to whoever Monarch who's not busy is in-charge to watch over the guild. Why would you need to be watched? It's because there will be some unexpected incidents that would lead to a negative impact to the guild, as a whole. (e.g. Guild members have a fight and the other party left)
Monarchs are to intervene any fights that can get out of hand, and to avoid anyone leaving in the process. A Monarch isn't a scape goat, but rather a voice-of-reason. So now you've have a small briefing of what a Monarch is, it's not impossible to achieve, or you have to suck-up to a Monarch to be one. There's a process and here's some of it: Nomination of a higher rank( Monarch or Guild Leader), trustworthy, earnest, level-headed, hard working, have a good patience and helpful all round. Some of these qualities will benefit you of being promoted, as for the Nomination, you can ask a Monarch to watch over your with what you do, it's called assess. If the Monarch you asked isn't online, ask another one. This process will take as much time as needed as one of the Monarch you asked will be Nominating you.
Specific Monarch Ranking:
The other Monarchs who wasn't mentioned doesn't have a specific job that their entitled with, however, they assist the other Monarchs with their jobs. As we all assist each other to gain results.
Things that you need to remember:
- We don't follow a prestige system on the Monarch rank, but rather a voting system.
- Officers and Monarchs don't have much in terms of power, the Monarchs just have more authority over the guild and have more responsibility as an individual.
- Recruits don't have any authority, until they've passed the Prohibition Limit (1 week and 500 - 1000 prestige).

Notes and tips for promotion:
- We do this, so that we can share the needs and wants in the guild.
- If you are a Knight, start-off by socializing with the guild, saying "hi"s and "hello"s will be a good start. Start to get to know everyone, it's a hassle, but hey if you're bored why not chat a bit?
- Help around the guild no matter how small it maybe, it's good to do so it'll benefit the one you are helping to grow with us. Plus, that help might get you promoted someday.
- An Officer has almost the same responsibility as a Monarch but has no specific job to do so.
Monarch

Specific Monarch Ranking:
- Minatsuki - Oversees every activity the Monarch and Officers do and supervise it.
- Ashiru - In charge of GvG, this means he is responsible for forming parties, gathering prestige to get the approximate buffs needed(if not all) and strategy.
- Psysiux - In charge of the Guild Warehouse and it's inventory.
- Scarling - In charge of the Movie nights event during Mondays and events.
- Bane - In charge of the ranking system, sort to say, if you want to be assessed to be an Officer or a Monarch. He's in charge of that.
- BlueELFishy - In charge of looking for alliances for GvG.
The other Monarchs who wasn't mentioned doesn't have a specific job that their entitled with, however, they assist the other Monarchs with their jobs. As we all assist each other to gain results.
